Sicilian Pastry Course
Sicilian Pastry Course Meeting at 9:00 am at al Melograno restaurant. After having met the pastry chef, you will start with the preparation of the pastry mixture for the cannoli and the pistachio cake. As the mixture levitates, you will learn how to make the filling for both the cannoli and the cake. This will be followed by the preparation of semifreddi and almond glacé.
At the end of the lesson, guests will be able to try desserts made by them selves accompanied by dessert wines suggested and described by sommelier.
