The celebrations of Holy Week beginning with Palm Sunday. The blessing of the Palms is in the square from the Church of St. Caterina, then in procession reached the Cathedral, where Mass is celebrated.
On Holy Thursday, all the priests concelebrated the Mass in "Supper. Solemnly placed the SS. Sacrament Adoration continues until midnight with the participation of the faithful hearing of the various parish groups, associations, religious men and women. The Church will remain open until midnight.
Good Friday adoration of the SS. Sacramento goes from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm. In the afternoon we celebrate the liturgy of the <<Adoration of the Cross>>. The evening was the procession of "Varette", bringing together the mysteries of the Passion of Our Jesus Christ, with the participation of the Congregation of the Varò, dressed in black.
